The Maxtens Muscle Stimulator is used to help stop pain caused by medical conditions or as a result of being injured physically. The pulsating action of the device works to soothe the area that is being treated with electrotherapy. The electric shocks are modulated to provide pain relief by relaxing the injured or damaged muscles. The muscle stimulator device can be adjusted to various strengths: burst, normal or modulation. The pain reliever works on a 9v battery. The machine is sturdily constructed and has a protective covering to prevent damage to the machine and to the user of the device.

The Maxtens 1000 electrotherapy device is easy to use. The device is set at 0 to start for safety precautions. The pain relieving device is constructed of materials made to protect the user from accidentally getting shocked, since the device works on battery power.
