How long will it take for my order to reach me?

The delivery times vary according to the destination and the method used to ship your order. All orders are shipped from our Marietta, GA plant. The standard method used is UPS Ground. UPS Ground Service should arrive at your location in 7-10 business days or less. For Alaska, Hawaii, and outside the continental U.S., please call for rates.

When will my order ship?

Most in-stock items ship within 2 business days. Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for delivery of in-stock items. Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped in the same package. Please provide your email address to receive a ship confirmation notice with tracking information. To minimize shipping costs, we will hold your order until all items are available. If you prefer, we will ship items as they become available. Additional shipping charges may apply. Orders with personalization require additional manufacturing time of up to 2-5 days.

What if I receive something that I am not satisfied with?

At Electro Medical we guarantee your satisfaction! If not, we will cheerfully replace the item(s) or refund your money. See Returns and Exchanges for additional information on our return/exchange policy.

Where can I purchase or use a Electro Medical Gift Certificate?

Gift certificates cannot be purchased or used on line at this time. If you would like to order a gift certificate or if you have a gift certificate you would like to use please call our Customer Care Department at 1-800-235-2952.

I don't feel comfortable giving my credit card information over the Internet. How can I place an order?

The electro-medical.com website uses the latest in security technology to insure your sensitive information is protected. However, you may also place an order toll-free at 1-800-235-2952.

How much is my shipping and handling going to be?

Charges vary according to dollar amount purchased. Orders are shipped from our Marietta, GA facility using UPS Ground. Priority shipping to all locations is available for an additional charge. We also dropship from the manufacturer for many of the items not in stock. For International orders, freight charges are dependent upon weight and dimension of package. If you live outside the U.S. please call your order in at: 1-800-235-2952, email us at info@electro-medical.com, submit your order online with your country, city and postal code for a more exact shipping quote, or mail your request to Electro Medical, PO Box 670893, Marietta, GA 30066. The customer pays all duty.

Can I purchase quantities that are below those shown in the pricing?

In an effort to keep our prices competitive, we cannot fulfill orders at less than our minimum quantities.

Can I get a quote for quantities greater than what are offered on this site?

Are your products manufactured in the USA?

Electro Medical distributes products from hundreds of manufacturers. Some of them are manufactured in the USA, but many of them come from overseas as well.
