Terms of Payment

• Electro-Medical accepts MasterCard, Visa, and American Express.
• Net 30 Day Terms with approved credit. (If you already have an acount with us, please include your account # when registering)
• Past Due invoices will be charged interest at 1.5% per month.

Shipping

• Shipping charges will be added to all orders.
• Orders will be shipped promptly.
• Next Day Air (Red) and Second Day Air (Blue) are available upon request for an additional charge.

Pricing

• For health professionals, we will assign your account wholesale prices. When you log in to your account, your professional pricing will be shown. All prices are subject to change without notice.

Returns

• All products to be returned must have a Return Authorization Code.
• Call (800) 235-2952 or email us at info@electro-medical.com
• Products should be in the original containers and in salable condition.
• Returns will be credited or exchanged for other products (excluding shipping charges).
• Returns of non-stock and items may incur a 25% restocking fee.

Damaged Goods

• We take great care in filling, checking and packing your order.
• Damaged or short shipments should be reported immediately.
• Damage to a shipping container must be noted with carrier at the time of delivery.
• Please be sure to save all packaging materials as they are needed for insurance purposes.

If a shipment arrives damaged...

• Note damage on the delivery bill and have driver sign it acknowledging the damage.
• Contact Electro-Medical at (800) 235-2952 to start processing an insurance claim.

If an item is missing from your shipment...

• Call Electro-Medical immediately
• Once 30 days have passed, no credit will be issued for the missing product.

Product Warranty

• We offer a minimum of a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects on all products except those with which the manufacturer includes a warranty card or an extended warranty.
• We reserve the right to repair or replace warranted products at our discretion.
